Payment Terms:
We accept MasterCard, VISA, COD, or you may establish an open account. To have an open account you must first have your credit approved. Terms for open account are Net 15. Purchase order number and confirming copy are required on all orders. Orders outside the U.S. or Canada must be prepaid. Contact us for details.
Prices:
Orders will be invoiced at the price prevailing at date of shipment.
Shipping:
Most products are stock items and will be shipped within 24 hours. Prepaid orders placed by mail, large quantities, or custom orders may take longer. Domestic orders are shipped the best/most economical way (FOB shipping point). All orders shipping within Texas require a Texas resale certificate. Express delivery is available by UPS. COD orders will be sent via the best way with the appropriate COD charges added. Foreign orders will be shipped UPS where available. Others will be shipped parcel post. Any customs charges including, duties, taxes and brokerage fees are the sole responsibility of the recipient.
Warranty / Return Policies
Warranty:
All DataComGear products are subject to their Original Equipment Manufacturer's (OEM) warranties. Please check respective products for warranty details.
Returns:
If, for any reason, you wish to return one of our hardware products, you may return it via UPS or insured parcel post, undamaged, with the receipt, within 30 days of purchase, for a full refund (less shipping charges). Software is not returnable if opened. Large orders or custom orders may not be returnable or may be subject to a restocking charge. Call, FAX, or e-mail to request a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number and routing instructions. Packages returned without prior authorization will be refused. Any customs charges including, duties, taxes and brokerage fees are the sole responsibility of the recipient.
Exchange Service:
If your product does not work, we will exchange it. Please call, FAX, or e-mail to request a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number. Replacement units will be shipped once we receive the exchanged unit. Any customs charges including, duties, taxes and brokerage fees are the sole responsibility of the customer.
International Orders
All orders must be prepaid in U.S. dollars. You may use MasterCard, VISA, American Express, cashiers check, money order or wire transfer funds.
